The moment I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly sales man sitting at a desk by the front door whom escorted me to the service dept as this was my first service for my vehicle and at this location. I was then immediately acknowledge and greeted by your service dept, Zak Meier, the energy, confidence and steps taken to ensure my experience was top tier was beyond exceptional. After passing through the doors to your service dept I did not even have to question my next steps for the duration of my stay and that is beyond exceptional service. As a first time customer you notice an asset to a company when there is one and Zak is truly an asset to Volkswagen.
