D-Patrick went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in a safe and reliable condition for my child and I, despite my inability to pay at the time due to losing my job. They looked at the facts of how long I'd owned the car and that I was the first owner. My brakes had gone bad a bit too early and they were able to get it approved through the manufacturer to cover the cost of the repairs with no cost to me as the customer. I greatly appreciated this and will never forget it. Thank you to all the service workers and managers who contributed!!!

Poor customer service, dealer didn’t represent me, told me that my purchasing dealer may be able to help. Had my profile all messed up in your 3 systems and that tells me data integrity is poor, almost got sent off with a loaner car with a flat tire, I had to call it out, so you cannot keep up your loaner fleet how do I trust you to service my vehicle correctly?
