I always get top notch treatment at Dpatrick. I really like the multi-check inspections that are sent to your phone for review; it shows that the staff is actually checking your car and giving recommendations based on the findings.

Chad was helpful from the beginning. He told us from the start he was new to the VW line so I knew I wasn't going to hear any b.s. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he sought it out from others. No one was pushy and since I wasn't in any hurry to buy, no one was pushy.
